Our Alumni
Shree Venkateswara Hi-Tech Engineering College has an alumni association named as SVHECAA. The association exists from the beginning of the college and it was registered in the year 2020 (Reg.No :SRG/Gobichettipalayam/65/2020).
Every year the alumni meet provides an outstanding opening for the institution to haul out experiences from alumni to make the students prepare for the industry. Below are the input objectives of the alumni association.
- To progress the knowledge by the way of providing resource persons and experts through Alumni members.
- To organize campus placement, projects, in-plant training and field visits.
- To improve coordination among the Alumni Members and the Institute by way of organizing reunions, meets and conclaves.
- To improve infrastructural and other facilities through contributions from Alumni.
- To arrange student visits to various companies related to their field to gain practical knowledge useful for their future.
- To arrange tours to nearby places so that students create wonderful memories and realize their college is a platform for such opportunities.
Every year the alumni association conducts alumni meet. Meetings of the association have been organized during last five years at our college campus. This is a golden opportunity for the students and faculty members to interact with the alumni and share their experience. The feedback of alumni contributes to fill the gap between subject knowledge and practical knowledge and understanding between the students and faculties. Various programs on interview skills, personality development, higher studies and carrier counseling are organized based on the suggestions given by alumni. Infrastructure facilities are being regularly upgraded or expanded to meet the requirements and aspirations of the students based on the suggestions given in alumni meet.
The alumni, who have succeeded in their carrier, interact with the students regarding in all aspects for their life skills in terms of lectures to guide them. Alumni of the college bring students up to date information about various career opportunities and corporate requirements. It is the goal of our college to create and maintain a life-long connection between the institute and the alumni to support the current batch students.

Cultural & Fine Arts Club
Clubs play a major role of college life. A club is a group of students organized with a similar interest for a social, literary or other common purpose. Students have the opportunity and choose to join these groups for pursuit of individual interests, career networking opportunities, leadership skills development and social networking.
Students Clubs and Associations have been established to develop and nurture leadership qualities among the students. The Cultural & Fine Arts club was established during the academic year 2014-15.
Roles
- Provide a platform for students to bring out their hidden talents.
- Nurture imagination and creativity through fine arts activities.
- Encourage peer learning and sharing of artistic proficiency.
- Promote talents in music, singing, dance, drama, and other art forms.
- Motivate students to participate in competitions within and outside campus.
Responsibilities
- Fine Arts Clubs encourages the students in various arts activities.
- Improve the imagination skill in entertainment.
- Help the students develop their leadership abilities.
- Encourage the budding talents of the schools and develop their creative skills.
- Provide the right platform to showcase their talents in various fields like dancing, singing, painting, quiz, photography, yoga & meditation etc.
- Organize various competitions, annual functions, internal celebrations and cultural programmes in the school.
- Make the student confident and competitive in the global environment.
- Prepare the children for future life in terms of skills, behavior, knowledge, learning and respect for others.
